This English version is a translation provided for convenience. In case of any difference, the French version prevails.
These terms apply to any subscription purchased on RadarLane between the publisher, Paul GO (see the legal notice), and any person who subscribes ("the customer").
1. The service
RadarLane is an online tool that analyzes e-commerce stores using public data. The Starter version is free. Paid subscriptions give access to additional analyses, described on the Pro page at the time of purchase:
- Pro: US$29 per month;
- Agency: US$79 per month.
Prices are shown in US dollars, all taxes included. The amount charged may be converted into your currency by your bank, which may apply exchange fees.
2. Purchase and payment
Subscriptions are purchased online through Stripe's secure checkout page. They are paid in advance by card and renew automatically every month on the same date until canceled. An invoice is emailed with each payment.
3. Access to the service
After payment, Pro access opens immediately on the device used, and a personal access key is displayed so you can sign in on your other devices. This key is strictly personal: sharing or reselling it is prohibited and may lead to access being closed without refund.
The publisher makes its best efforts to keep the service continuously available but cannot guarantee it (maintenance, hosting outage, a store blocking its public catalog…). The content of the analyses changes every day with the data from tracked stores.
4. Right of withdrawal
The service is digital content supplied immediately after payment. By subscribing, you expressly request that access start right away, before the end of the 14-day legal withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as Pro access is opened (article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code).
If access could not be opened after your payment, email radarlanee@gmail.com and you will be refunded in full.
5. Cancellation
The subscription has no commitment. You can cancel at any time, free of charge, by emailing radarlanee@gmail.com from the address used for payment. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; the current month is not refunded. After cancellation or a failed payment, Pro access closes automatically.
6. Liability
Data is collected automatically from public sources and provided for information only; it is neither business nor financial advice. The publisher's liability for any damage is limited to the amount paid by the customer over the last three months.

8. Complaints and mediation
For any complaint, first email radarlanee@gmail.com: you will get an answer within 7 business days. If the disagreement persists, you may use the consumer mediator free of charge: [to be completed: name and website of the chosen consumer mediator].
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts are those provided for by law; a consumer customer may bring a claim before the courts of their place of residence.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The applicable version is the one in force on the date of your payment. In the event of a price change, you will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance and may cancel before it applies.
